Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact our Customer Service team immediately at 0415 410 167 or sales@pegsnnhangers.com.au. We will promptly assist you with one of the following options:
Arrange for the product to be collected from your location at no cost.
Request that you responsibly dispose of the product (where applicable).
If a collection is arranged, we will issue a
Goods Return Authority (GRA) number. This number must be clearly displayed on the outer return packaging to facilitate processing.
Upon receiving the returned product, you may choose from the following resolutions:
A replacement product.
A refund issued via your original payment method.
Store credit added to your PEGS & HANGERS account for future purchases.
To expedite your return, please ensure you provide proof of purchase, such as a delivery docket, invoice, or receipt.
Change of Mind Policy
If you change your mind about your purchase, we will gladly accept returns under these conditions:
The product is a standard stock item (not specially ordered).
For nutritional products, they must have at least 30 days of shelf life remaining and require no special storage.
You contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of receiving the product.
The product is in its original, unused condition: Packaged items must be unopened, unmarked, and in re-sellable condition.
You provide proof of purchase (e.g., delivery docket, invoice, or receipt).
You obtain a GRA number from Customer Service, which must be displayed on the external return packaging (not the product itself).
You agree to cover a restocking fee, which includes return shipping costs (unless you choose to return the goods directly to our warehouse).
If these criteria are met, you can choose either:
A refund to your original payment method.
Store credit for future purchases.
Additional Rights
This Return Policy operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy restricts or limits your statutory rights.
